Salary offered is not standard. Hike is not given even after you give your life to the project in which you are working. No promotion at all. They worst employee can be recognized here. They will create a scenario where you would feel that your job is enough in the tough time. They will promise you for many things but you will get zero return. Skill development is in its minimal amount. Even if you develop some skills, those will be rotten in no amount of time because of no utilization to those skills. Your reviews will be delivered without your discussion and same goes for rating. You are not allowed to give your inputs. Your team will be changed without prior notification. No calls, no discussion.
