Where to start. Senior leader or boss do not have complete knowledge and hence they also cannot give KT to new joiners.No work balance and no appreciation.You will be forced to work on sat and sun and any holiday they want to. Business team is worst as usual.No skill development or training. No cultural activities . Just work and waste your life here

No good thing. No career growth. No skill development. Senior don't share complete functionality of work with the new one to maintain their popularity. They have provided laptops and PC to take home. And work from home during lockdown. Increment kept hold due to COVID-19.

Dislikes

Too much politics. Work is to be done whether it is cyclone or COVID-19. No proper management on work. No proper plan to complete a task. Everyone talks in local language. Only old employees are growing up by using their seniority and politics.
