More to learn and without any pressure you can work here, flexibility about taking leaves, to get personal time, very nice work life balance

Dislikes

Appraisals are very less some 5-8 % annually, Promotions also given based on seniority and not on skills/performance of the employee. No on-site opportunity

WGS is Worldline group of companies.Earlier it was part of Atos.managnent is cooperative, work culture is also good and so are company policies.

Dislikes

Lack of exposure to latest tech stack in some projects.
