Our aim is to become the most loved and employee-centric employer in Pune and Bangalore. However, we want to clarify our policy: we offer job security to our employees. After successfully completing the probation period, employees are secure. Even if a client terminates a project, we will work to find a suitable role within the company or with another client. Our track record of successfully placing employees is strong. In the rare event that we're unable to find an alternative placement, we offer an unlimited bench period.

Thanks for highlighting one of the many reasons why a lot of employees have been working for/with us for a very long time. In fact, the retention rate at WorldEmp is very high. Having said this, we're extremely sorry to read about the dislike of our job security. We do have a job security policy that many employees embrace. It's rare for a client to terminate an agreement, and the situation you described likely occurred during the probation period, as our policy goes into effect afterward. Nevertheless, this review offers us an opportunity to further improve in our aim to become the most-loved employer in Pune and Bangalore.
