I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Some staff were very friendly.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional. They wouldn't give me details about the projects even after repeated asking. There was no system. I would have to work at anytime of the day due to their deadline and bad management. Even though they said about around 6 posts or projects per week, they would give me more everyday and all the instructions were very unclear all the time. It felt like they themselves were confused on what they wanted. Since it was my first job I didn't realise all these problems till I went on to work at better places with better management....Read More
