There is a strong design and creative culture. The studio in Bangalore seems to be supportive for now. For a designer this is good because the studio lobbies for your work and helps you push back against tough and exploitative clients.

Sluggish appraisals and numerous hierarchical blockers. Consequences of being a big company with numerous entry level employees. Your work gets unnoticed and submerged. Requires you to work more just to even have your head above water.
