The best Company in Pharma industry. Other than Business orientation they are people Oriented too. They value Their people .

The only thing was that Some Outsiders Entered in company and they disturbed the All Loyal Employees who built up wockhardt . During that period promoters would have intervened n Retained their loyalty people. Otherwise there is nothing which any of ex employee with dislike anything about Wockhardt. This was the most Admired Company

The payment is very poor no growth for employees. The HR's is very bad they don't hire .they give chance to the known to them peoples. I don't get chance I want 1 year apprenticeship.

Now a days mostly there is less experienced person or apprentice are doing the work which increases the chances of having any incidence.
