As a trainee engineer they gave me a opportunity to work in shift and handled HVAC area.

Dislikes

As a trainee we also have a personal work and thats why company gave us the 27 leave. There was no holiday except my off on Friday. Attended office on public holiday like Gandhi Jayanti, Diwali, Republic day and still when took the leave from 27 leave which was given by the company senior employee always got dislike it and told lots of things

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
