The team is small, so we are so interactive and worked well

Dislikes

Employees are not well treated. I felt the HR doesn't respond to the after interview feedback at all. They reject people with no proper reason.

During busy season they push you so much to work on Saturday and even Sunday to bill 60 to 70 hrs a week and during non busy season they ask for 40 hrs billing even though you have very less work to do.
