They made me work on every aspect of my project then in my second year there was no appraisal and after my 3rd year in Wipro I expected promotion for all the development I did single handedly and a good appraisal but I was just given 2k rupees in my appraisal and there was no promotion. Wipro's excuse is they cannot generate revenue.
