Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

Due to wipro's hybrid work policy, it's good for work life balance.

Dislikes

It's bench policy is very bad and sometimes feeling insecure, if you will not get project with in 45 days after one project over, you will be on LOP for 90 days then company will kick you out.

Worst Management Team. Specially Team Leader they are thinking he is the owner of the company. Subhajit Dey in Elevancehealth insurance Team Leader always came late in office. Hr team is the Worst team in kolkata location.

Sometimes, the work pressure can be high, and processes can take a lot of time. It would be better if things were faster and more flexible.

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Dislikes

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Dislikes

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

The work culture and the work life style is really good. Working with the team feels very friendly atmosphere to handle any kind of critical situation we deal it with team

We receive less response from Hr and manager, no perks for hard work no recognition
