Good team composition in terms of skill sets, numerous opportunities for training and self-development. Colleagues are generally friendly and helpful and the organization is a good place to learn and innovate.

Dislikes

Very little to no growth in career prospects, no job security and absolutely nonsensical appraisal norms. Unnecessarily bureaucratic organization with no clarity or consistency in purpose or procedure. Business is secondary to process.
