If you see overall benefits, the salary is good. It's a dynamic company and expects you to perform. But at the same time seniors here don't shy from guiding an employee in right direction. Apart from that company expects one to work ethically and with integrity.

Dislikes

Since they focus on sustainability and steady growth, it doesn't matter so much if you finish your task early. They would want you to be always on toes irrespective of whether you have done the work or not. It's a sad part that it's intrinsic in them that an employee should be busy with something always and never relaxed. But yes they give full freedom to have work life balance and it's respected here....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
