It is an awesome organization to work for. Pro: Job security Learning is there if you are into it. Office parties do happen Team outings Cons: If you want to learn , you have to be proactive because project work will not provide so much of exposure. Management is not upto the mark.

The work completely depends on your manager and team lead if they are good you can work peacefully if not you will hate to go to office. For example i did work in two projects my 1st manager was in Chennai and our team was in pune she never replied to our mails regarding any issue,we used to do mostly night shifts and many times extended our timings but then she gave 2 stars in appraisal most of the people and highest was 3 stars that means no increment but in my next project manager was very friendly and he just wanted us to complete our work he wasn't focusing on us that when we are going for breakfast and lunch so it completely depends on your manager and team lead that you will love your work or not...Read More

If you aren't happy with your appraisal and it happened due to your personal issues with manager which doesn't have any connections with your work you can't do anything you just have to mail HR again and again but you will get nothing so if you want good ratings along even if you are completing your work you need to do buttering to your seniors

I got trained in java bt i got tagged in system access support and identity/user access management projects .Work is really easy i just had to concentrate on knowledge transfer and i was able to complete my work easily .
