Specially HR manager they support and understand needs of candidates.

Job is good but management is very poor. If you follow as per their order they will like you and they'll not understand your personal issues and you can get your resignation letter anytime. Don't ask for overtime, leaves not approved easily, don't speak what's wrong. Toxic environment.

Seniors are very supportive here and managers are also very friendly. Training given to the new employers is also very satisfactory.

We sometimes work even on sundays and don't get leave approvals easily.

There’s nothing to like about working at Winny Immigration you will just get tortured there by the managers.they are just heartlesss and just bothered about the money about the revenue that is to be generated.Sucess ratio is tooo low or as good as 0. There’s no growth in the company .. Employees keep changing there.Case officers keep changing every 15 days.
