QC Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for entire visa processing for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Singapore, NZ etc.
• Screening and verifying the documents of the clients based on the category of Visa.
• To achieve a set benchmark of client satisfaction backed by zero refunds and escalations.
• Supervise the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
• Review and ensure that all of the information provided by clients is accurate and correct preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Processing Applications and fulfilling requirements on behalf of clients.
• Assume full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations remaining current with any legislation changes.
• Involve in training about the process to the new joiners.
• Ensuring that no income losses may arise due to client complaints.
• We are preparing the monthly case filing submission data.
• To make sure all the queries are sorted and the given tasks are completed.
• Ensure team to achieve team target.
