A project coordinator looks like a Project Manager, nontechnical persons become team leaders who have no idea how to work. Many best developers left this company due to these kinds of PM.

Company is good for everyone, No politics if you are good everyone is good, conducts lot of cultural activity to engage 1000 employees, never felt we are here only for work but also we have extra activities a lot, team outings if u r in right team

Work from home is what you may strive sometime, You have to ask and remind your manager a lot, even if u have taken permission of wfh, they do not know about no question asked wfh.

Depends on your manager they usually approves the leaves without any hesitation. Thats it. No more to like. Never join this company. You will regret joining it.

There is no skill development in this organisation, they don't give opportunity to the employees to excel their caliber. They dont care about your time and work-life balance. The management gives unachievable project estimations, ETAs and dealines which can never be met. That's why the person has to work under pressure everyday. No proper use of tools. The management is worst. They will all call you to the Nashik and do the micro-management. The Mangers are non- technical so someone is stuck in some problem they even don't listen to them. The HR's are also listen to the mangers instead of Employee's

Company is very good In some BU's (lA) Managers, team leaders, cordinator Team is not good. They aren't out from collage. There is no professionalism. Gavthi behaviour.

Some Managers and project coordinator not experienced with no manners how to handle the team and what level to be pressurized. We are not working in company feel working under the manager's. They don't have talking sense, Not following the SOP's. Due to falls commitment by them to client, all the team suffering, with mentally stressed with streching working hours, Normally here is 11 to 12 normal working hours. Forget here work and personal life balance. Company is good, but the coordinators Managers team leaders mentally not grown. We advise to company to provide the training to them. Lots to learn but poor management, toxic people and people working at other locations except Nashik do not get good opportunities.
