Likes

I like their office hours and off on Saturday and Sunday. Works on latest technology. Playing fun Friday on alternate Friday with all the employees including development, designing and management staff.

Dislikes

Career growth is not so much good, they do not have big projects that runs for long term. They are not providing any type of allowances. Salary growth is not good, appraisal is on every 6 months that's good but the average of appraisal is not good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
