Having your opinion heard while working with experienced and senior professionals is one of the best things at WTW. The support the manager and the seniors in the team provide is really a blessing. Having a good work life balance and the number of PTOs here are great as well.

No other monetary benefits other than. Salary night incentive also added in salary and small process so lot of shuffle But overall it's all good for slow and steady growth

Work culture is not at all good and unprofessional. Job security is very low. Skills development practise are not enough because they dont have proper trainings. Also processes are not streamlined enough
