Since this is my first company i learned lot from this such as perseverance, patience, will power.Try till you suceed.Iam into corporate sales and people in this field know how difficult to get an appointment from corporate people and convert them into sales.I wouldn’t say it is difficult rather than i say it is interesting to work in corporate sales department.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
