Wildcaft Ahmedabad Staff team is very supportive and good . I learnt and understood the markets with this brand.

No job security and work and life balance. Working pressure for clothing market and no anyone knows to stratagy for clothing division. Need to learn and understand clothes categary business For trade Market. Very hard for clothing market for trade channel without manpower and money power supports.

Also company has introduced multiple categories & they are accepting the same expertise from the top management and also from the branch team for all the categories. Jack of all traits but master of none .

Upper level management is very very slow and no Corporative..they not to fullfill the sellery which they committe so first of all check your appointments latter..and one big issue in this company if hiring manager outside they give good sellery packages but they are promote our employees upper level managers not give them actual sellery which they deserve.
