Typically gujjubhai company, no work culture payouts are not timely disbursed. No job security. They try to find exuses to deduct your salary. Managers don't have any authority everything is under Director's control. They'll ask you to write good review on google glassdor and now ambitionbox on the day of joining to maintain theirrating(4star rating here is only because of that).
