Nothing to like here...just lala firm type culture.....all responsibility is yours.... nothing else...no support......it's basically a lala firm of gurgaon.....no ethics.....no responsibility......only you to do it on your own....in training they told gps rate is 3000 and when you go to market that day you know tha Gps rate is 3300 or more...and also in training they told you that they are market leader.....and services which they are going to offer are not provided by any company.....it's a complete lie........Read More

Dislikes are many... There is your supirior how's designation is "AGM" he is the one who never support you on sales purpose..... he'll only support you for backend purpose which you need....else nothing he'll support. AGM also has all the power.....if you did your target 110% in a month and you didn't do in alternate month.....that AGM can replace you or add you in pdp.....very very much professional. AGM can remove you from the job any time. Guys didn't trust anyone.....not even his old team mates who are working under him from 1-2 years....he (AGM) will give him State warning if numbers are not going in his way....he will never listen about anything....he will maybe come to work with you.....but it can't be helpful. Rates of gps varies on daily basis it can be 3600 on one day and other day it will be for like 3300 Or may be 3000. Seniors will never listen to your problem. Same company's gps in same market is for 3000 (for ACS Company's sales other department) but you have to sale it for 3600 same thing. Company's AGM(Assistant Growth Managers) are biggest liars....some of them are not qualified enough likely in haryana they spell support to spot..... they didn't even know the spelling of "support".....and they are trained to argue with you on any unnecessary things......only lala culture type professional can work here...... nothing else.. And one last point.....all the Sales Executive under you will last for 4 months maximum.... they will be replaced....or they will left....no one will take responsibility...Read More
