The morning hours were flexible and they had some nice staff who were very helpful.

There is no job security. Work culture is not good you can't balance your personal or professional life. Many peoples are like doing politics to grow more and they succeed too. A hard work is not worthful. There was no flexible time you have to work late night even in weekend.

The top level management is worst. They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. The management only wants high salary. they use to higher people from Indiamart but they don't know Indiamart is service based company and wheelseye is service + product based. if you try to share your ideas this will be worst thing. every company needs profit but the way they are going they will not go so far. Nothing good at all just focus on sale not in customer resolution and waste management off growth manages they hired only female candidate for flirt only all the tl and manager of tele sale s like that and give full pressure on male candidate

Upper management lacks a longterm vision. The upper management is quite egoistic. Huge internal politics across all the teams. Its always new joinee vs the old ones. Metrics gets altered very frequently. The bandwidth is very limited across all the verticals. For design, analytics and tech tasks execution.
