In our team, technology stack is old, legacy. No plan for employee's growth and upliftment. Offshore senior people will not give you enough visibility and will not be given your due credit. Work assignment does not happen as per work experience and expertise. Technical senior people will not be involved while any decision making andmgm peole will take technical decisions. This is kind of very common issues, happening quite often. Product team does not have clear vision, they will start on something, after some time, that thing will go on hold and something else will start, this is very common. Not able to decommission older applications since ages, they haven't been able to execute their transition plan to stut down legacy apps. Joined WU because of its brand value but the CEOs is not focused on companies development by extending the business, his major focus is cut the benefits of employees, cut the hike percentage and save money as every penny counts for him.

THere are periodic rounds of firings due to cost cutting/restructing. So there's always a sense of uncertainity. Also the career growth plan is very obnoxious. There is not clarity around it. Your manager has limited control on your future growth.
