Upper management is changing very frequently so job security is not there. And also, if any new management comes then he/she will apply there rules so need to adapt that.

Job Security is topmost and best, work culture is good in terms of a product company setup, management is transparent, policies of the Company are also good. Salary in hand is less compared to other companies outside, and tech stack does not change much often for those who want to exper iment with tech , Excellent medical coverage...Read More

Salary structure, Variable payouts are never at 100% but comprise a lot of the CTC, Gratuity is included in CTC which leads to more less in-hand salary
