I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.

Dislikes

I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.

less opportunity for growth, less learning, too much regional politics and preference given to local speaking people as compared to people from other cities, Manager tries to hide mistake of favorite team members, hence motivate employees eventually don't feel like performing. No fixed rule for work from home module, few team follows 3 days office and 1 day work from home. However for few teams they strictly follows 4 days office and 1 day work from home especially in Corporate investment banking

Pick and Drop. Compensation is okay, not too good, neither bad. One should really negotiate well before accepting the offer.

Bias managers, people like and promote 'yes boss' culture. No matter at what position you should know, how to butter effectively. 3 days work from office, might change to 4 days from next month.
