I don't like that we don't have below pointers. 1. WFH flexibility not there 2. Office hours restriction and flexibility is not there 3. round neck T-shirts/fully casuals are not allowed. 4. Many companies have 2 days WFH without office hours restrictions. 5. Hike is very less. These are not complaints, but these can make huge impact for a middle class family people/employees.
