There is absolutely nothing positive other than macbook.

Dislikes

The culture sucks, there is an atmosphere that you may get terminated very next day. No tech specific roles, you may go into advertising media or tech as per requirement doent matter for which role you are hired. Long working hours, people are even working for like 13-14 hours a day still not able to meet deadlines. Extreme mental stress and disturbing WLB

They push you forward to take responsibility, learn new technologies, and improve your craft and not limited to only single thing like frontend, backend or devops(infra) and the company's hierarchy is flat.

Dislikes

Not many senior folks so the guidance we expect is not very matured and there is favourism to the people who clings to the higher authorities and the are still not very sure which direction they wanna go in
