Least support from company during hardship.

Dislikes

Terrible and inproper terms while acquisition, manager on property like fighting with a lion in their den.(weddingz.in senior might save you) still makes it pointless

Likes

Company sent their more than half of the employees on leave without pay for 4 months in this critical time.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. High in nepotism, but pressure is decent and low u can work with peace which will lead in high productivity.

Work Details

My work is interesting and bit challenging i am supposed to sell banquet for social gathering, weddings, social & corporate events it requires negotiation, and smart communication. It gets little hectic sometimes but overall its interesting.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
