I have given three years of my career to this company worked 11-12 hrs a day for the company but this company doesn't appreciate the employee's efforts always create pressure on the employees.working environment is very bad no one is there listen to you. no growth in past three years. Higher management is just sitting at their homesenjoying the perks of work from home and creating pressure on the employees on the ground. Every month they create a new guideline and threshold other than sales and they used to link all these processes with the salary and incentives. They are looking only for excuses to deduct salary and incentives. Even though the incentive is also very poor. Not recommended to join at all....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
