webplat technology is a great organization I can say its a great organization to serve high-quality services like web development and web development and the management team has deep knowledge about fintech product and software development like AEPS and DMT, API integration, I'm really happy to work with webplat technologies.

Dislikes

company is slightly client-oriented but this is not a complaint cause they give enough freedom to every employee.

Best place to start the professional career, the management & the teammates are supportive. Company policy are good, they give health insurance, best leave policies ( have paternity leave for Male employees). Salary is always credited within the time, Annual trip for the Team.

Dislikes

Saturday working (only 2 & 4 Saturday is week off).

Great place to work. You can maintain a work-life balance. Good and supportive colleagues make you feel like family.

Dislikes

Saturday is working,usually in an IT company's they have week all Saturday if possible make it as an week of for all Saturday. There is no pic up and drop service. There no free canteen facilities.
