-It feels like School -Your voice does not mater -constant eyes on you by the upper management. -No equal rights as boys and girls are separated for everything. Even during events and celebrations. -You cant even look happy or talk to people while working. If you do, within 5 minutes you'll get a message from HR on skype. - They even make you work when you are sick and ask for early leave. Plus Point: they will provide you with everything needed ( medicine, glucose, lemon water, ORS) when sick but won't provide you with early leave. - You are always being watched by founders on cctv. -Managers are not to be blamed as their voice also does not matter. The founders only listen to their relatives and cousins who also work at the same office....Read More
