I would've liked flexible working hours and a higher increment percentage, given the workload we have. Additionally, at least for the years I have been working here, there weren't any employee-engagement activities for motivation, which I feel might add to the list of cons.

I love the fact that there is a healthy coordination between multiple teams in the company. Colleagues are supportive and friendly. The CEO encourages experimentation and innovation. He also shares insights and welcomes feedback without being biased. The company provides ample opportunities for learning and skill enhancement. It does not lay off the employees randomly.

The senior developers are always ready to help when I get stuck.We have good work timings with 30 leaves in a year plus festival holidays.The supportive team and quite work areas help me focus better on my work.
