I would've liked flexible working hours and a higher increment percentage, given the workload we have. Additionally, at least for the years I have been working here, there weren't any employee-engagement activities for motivation, which I feel might add to the list of cons.

The senior developers are always ready to help when I get stuck.We have good work timings with 30 leaves in a year plus festival holidays.The supportive team and quite work areas help me focus better on my work.
