Dislikes

I would've liked flexible working hours and a higher increment percentage, given the workload we have. Additionally, at least for the years I have been working here, there weren't any employee-engagement activities for motivation, which I feel might add to the list of cons.

My team member were really nice and they helped me a lot.

The office culture was very sexist. The manager made rude jokes about women, pitted one employee against another. They didn't have any written policy on dress code but that didn't stop them from discriminating. They had a favoritism policy and the hierarchy scenario was terrible. Individuality wasn't encouraged. Moreover, during the 6 month probation period they did not provide any kind of leave. They resorted to deducting money from the salary even if the employee was seriously ill and could not make it....Read More
