There was a deep sense of unity and togetherness among my fellow employees,whom I considered to be my extended family.My teammates were extremely amicable ,cooperative and like-minded.The relationship between the management and the employees was very well articulated and the communication was fine.

Dislikes

During the thirteen years that I had been an employee at WEBEL SOLAR , the biggest disadvantage/drawback that I had to personally face was an appallingly low scale of salary and the lack of compensations/benefits. The workload was enormous and stupendous ,where we often had to work for more than 14 hours straight. There was very little or no personal/career growth and development whatsoever.The primary reason as to why I had to quit my job back in 2008 was the sudden and unforeseen shift of the whole production unit from Sector-V,Salt Lake,Kolkata to Falta ,Diamond Harbour as a result of which I could not continue, leaving behind my family back in Kolkata....Read More

Work Details

The work at office was tiring and hectic.We often had to work overtime with tremendous work pressure and had to meet very high level of targets and expectations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
