Mr. Ritesh & his wife, Mrs. Rupinder Kaur were the only genuine people I've come across during my time in the company as an employee.
The assistant general manager (Mr. Shubendu) wasn't exactly the friendliest, cooperative guy on the block.
Bad experience with several supervisors as they were into aggressive sales without proper concepts. Couldn't make us strong / boost us as a team.
Sir. Aniruddha (not Mr. Singh) was a cool guy, gave breaks on time, allowed his team members to leave on time, people were less stressed around him and performed well in his team.
Misguided by our trainer and being new to the foreign digital market for the sales process, I was convinced that joining the US team would bring forth more revenue and growth for the company. That ideal thought fell apart quickly when I noticed that the U.K. team consisted of professional individuals and callers whereas the U.S. team lacked discipline, respect for one another and the professional atmosphere.
But I did enjoy working in the company (no lie), my gratitude goes to both the directors / owners of the company. They gave me an opportunity and a decent starter package which helped meet every month's end meet....Read More

Non Professional, Aggresive Project managers in the U.S. shift.
Old Employees were bullied after being called personally to the cabin on the first floor when failed to meet targets on specific months.
No growth, improvement of ranks when maintaining a decent record.
Callers from the U.S. shift were asked to stay with their supervisors as punishment for not making sales, while the supervisors slept on duty right before us, killing time....Read More
