Nothing. If you want to forget your skills as an architect and want to work as a draftsmen without brains then this would be a perfect place to work. This place lacks professionalism and is run on the whims and fancies of a women who has no knowledge of this profession. The HR is a sidekick of the boss and follows her like a lap dog. The HR department is a joke. The work environment is toxic and full of politics. They advocate the presence of a work life balance but the truth is far far away from it. On an average every person ends up working 16hrs daily and if anyone complains then the standard reply is the "the door is open to them".
