My frist job in a mens wear and am study +2 after the exam I come to Cochin and I got job in lulu mall flying machine after 1 year i got a new job in levis as a stylist I have total 5 expiryance in sales now am working easy buy landmark group of company as a team leader an i love retail job I got more contacts form the retail job and My skills improved am happy with it.

If a new staff joing to our farm some staff have experience some staff dont have experience. Our farm give them training for good product knowledge an how to deal with customer.

I worked in coimbatore location for 1 week Washrooms like public toilets Nasty smell always spreaded inside the cafeteria No proper Systems Company is next to the Lodge Not safe for women employees Rat issue I have quite due to low class work environment.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working for Wave online infoway and I can confidently say that it is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. If you value timely and fair payment for your hard work, this company will leave you frustrated, angry, and financially burdened.the toxic work environment at Company further exacerbated the payment problems. Employees who dared to speak up or express their concerns were met with hostility, intimidation, or even threats of termination. This blatant disregard for employee rights and fair treatment created an atmosphere of fear and disillusionment, leading to high turnover rates and a general decline in morale.It is deeply disheartening to see a company treat its employees with such disrespect and callousness. It is evident that Company prioritizes its own financial gain over the well-being and livelihoods of its hardworking staff.My experience with wave has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did this company fail to provide me with the salary I was rightfully owed after resigning due to health issues caused by the nature of the work, but their actions demonstrated a complete lack of compassion, ethics, and respect for their employees.when I requested my final paycheck, they callously ignored my pleas. They conveniently brushed aside their legal obligation to compensate me for the work I had done, essentially leaving me in financial distress during a period of immense vulnerability. Their refusal to provide me with the salary I was owed only further demonstrated their exploitative practices and disregard for their employees' rights.In conclusion, wave online infoway failure to provide the salary I was owed after resigning due to health issues caused by the nature of my work their lack of compassion, disregard for employee rights, and refusal to acknowledge their responsibility are deeply concerning. One of the worst experience, I am working more than 4 RCM Medical Billing companies and this is one of my Worst Company, I have never seen in my life. Too Much of Politics in Coimbatore Location, that's the reason I quit my Job. Also there is job Guarantee, as of now only 2 to 3 projects are there in Coimbatore
