Management is quite supportive and helpful. Inter departmental coordination is excellent. There's timely payments to all stakeholders.

Dislikes

Certain information/ details which must be shared at Project Incharge level, are kept confidential. Failed to understand. Mediclaim facility should be introduced. More training programmes should be introduced at executive/ Sr executive level.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
