Nice place to work.Team members & Team leaders are all very supportive and have mutual respect and understanding between them.For fresher there is no boundaries to learn and explore different domain of organization. To start with , i would say that no college or school can teach you what you can learn here . being a complete fresher from the industry , i was entasked and empowered with things which i thought i could not do ... with responsibility comes power..that is why WYH is simply great to work ,,, you get out of box experiences and roles .... incentives and salaries are always on time ...also i read a recent post about a terminated employee cribbing about the company ... i feel so sad .... being a fraud she was fired and even though we all get growth ..people talk bad about the company ... i have seen people grow here ,, i have grown ... i thank wyh from bottom of my heart...Read More

I joined as tele caller and have grown to become the VP ( with 12 member team ) in this co., that too in 3 years. that speaks for the growth that company offers. I of course have work hard and hard work is appreciated here. No politics. Perform and grow. Team is fantastic to work with.
