Good Environment. Good Training and Technically you will learn many things here. . We can use latest technologies and also learn to work with foreign clients. Also there is a lot of freedom on how to approach a task. Awesome Management and great colleagues. Management here does lot of e mployee engagement activities too, which I think is very good to develop team building and bonding . So every Friday they have recreational activities for the team and every member looks forward to it. Also the company provides other facilities like bus pick up n drop from nearby station which makes travelling a lot easy. Overall its a great place to be in.....Read More

WYH offers exposure to wide range of technologies and projects, which allows employees to continually learn and enhance their skills. This exposure is very valuable for my personal and professional growth. Seniors here are very supportive, they guide and mentor you helping you navigate challenges and grow in your role. There is lot of exposure to diverse projects. Working on various projects is helping me broaden my expertise and adaptability. Overall very positive work environment

The Good things about being an Employee at Watch your health is the Atmosphere in the office as well as the way of relaxing the employees every Friday by putting Fun Games. Also the Salary cycle is proper and on time.

Dislikes

The Points at which company needs to improve are: 1. Timely Increments and promotions. 2. Morning Breakfast and Evening Snack time should be given. 3. The Location for the Job is way too far from Station. 4. Working on Saturday. 5. Wok from Office is compulsory but the work can be done from home.
