Good Environment. Good Training and Technically you will learn many things here. . We can use latest technologies and also learn to work with foreign clients. Also there is a lot of freedom on how to approach a task. Awesome Management and great colleagues. Management here does lot of employee engagement activities too, which I think is very good to develop team building and bonding . So every Friday they have recreational activities for the team and every member looks forward to it. Also the company provides other facilities like bus pick up n drop from nearby station which makes travelling a lot easy. Overall its a great place to be in.....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
