Dislikes

Compensation is to low ,and growth is terrible. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, they forced to work 4hr more sometimes it extended hr straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and every time they forced to work late night .manager do not value an individual's unique strength, which is why I have to take back my steps most of the times. Also no training for fresher's and Seniors force to teach them step by step and calls receiving also which is pain ....Read More

Work Details

I have to attend 200+ calls per day and pitching for company as a marketers gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive. I study about the product by my own and research it to gain customers attention .
