Working at Wanderlooms can be a good learning experience, but the management and work culture need significant improvement. If issues related to employee appreciation, salary, and professionalism are resolved, Wanderlooms could become a better place to work.

Dislikes

1) Increased responsibilities instead of appreciation: Even after performing well, appreciation only comes in the form of more tasks and responsibilities, with no rewards or salary hikes. 2) Founders’ behavior: Both founders often use harsh and abusive language, making the workplace toxic. 3) Negative feedback: Feedback is more critical than constructive, which at times impacts confidence negatively. 4) Salary delays: Salaries are always delayed, and employees have to constantly follow up to get what they are owed, creating financial stress. 5) Work pressure: The workload is extremely high, yet there is no adequate support to manage it. 6) Lack of appreciation: Hard work and good performance often go unrecognized and unappreciated. 7) Work culture: The work culture is filled with pressure and stress, with no supportive environment for employees. 8) No career growth: There are limited opportunities for career development or learning in the company. 9) Disrespectful environment: Management often shows a lack of respect for employees, which makes the workplace demotivating. 10) No flexibility: The working hours are rigid, making it hard to maintain work-life balance. 11) Lack of professionalism: The management's approach often feels unprofessional, making it difficult for employees to stay motivated....Read More

Working at Wanderlooms has been a mixed experience. On one hand, I've had the chance to take on significant responsibilities,I’ve been able to make improvements. It’s rewarding to see the impact of my work, especially as the brand grows and gets more recognition. The role has definitely helped me grow professionally, and I've learned a lot about solving real-world operational issues. However, the environment could sometimes be challenging. Although I appreciate the hands-on experience, there are areas in management and workplace culture that could use improvement. Dislikes

At Wanderlooms, appreciation often comes in the form of added responsibilities without any incentives or salary hikes to match the workload. Despite putting in a lot of effort, there’s rarely any tangible reward, which makes it feel like hard work goes unnoticed. The founders can also be quite harsh, leading to a toxic environment where feedback is more critical than constructive. This atmosphere has made it challenging to feel genuinely motivated, and the lack of support for career growth or recognition only adds to the frustration. One of the major downsides of working at Wanderlooms is the toxic work environment. While there's plenty of appreciation in the form of more tasks and responsibilities, there are no incentives or salary hikes to match. The both founders verbally abusive, which creates a highly stressful and negative atmosphere. This lack of respect and constructive feedback makes it hard to feel valued, and the absence of meaningful rewards or growth opportunities only adds to the frustration. Salary delays are a constant issue at Wanderlooms. Employees often have to repeatedly follow up, almost like begging, to receive what they are rightfully owed.
