The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.
Dislikes
Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.
