In this company job I am happy bcz they give you job security, and company policies but I am unhappy with growth bcz I worked in this company past 2 and half years but salary doesn’t increase, and finally happy about that company bcz that’s my first job, I enjoyed with co workers, team leaders and managers. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
