There is nothing good about working here except for the name “WALMART”

The Management doesn’t care about the employees problems. They don’t care if you are burdened with too much work. They don’t care if you don’t have work life balance. Even if you escalate it many times, nothing happens. The Managers here don’t have any experience in people management(atleast in my team). You’re not allowed to say “No” to anything they say. They take everything personally. When you are finally done and want to quit, they mock you like your life is over or like you won’t get job anywhere else. Even then they don’t ask about your problems. But the managers will be concerned about the exit interview inputs because that will affect them.
