The only good thing about this company is it's status. Being a global company if will surely going to give a weightage to your resume.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad. If you're a north indian, working in chennai base location then you'll face a lot of difficulties. People will be rude to you.

There is no job security, and particularly chennai location. And that to clearly POS manager ANIL kumar, he always rule as monopoly and force employees to follow his rules, never listen to his team concerns. Walmart proudly says there will be no layoffs, but internally managers are forcing employees to put papers for their cost cutting. And there is no skill development opportunity.
